First Domestic Private Limited Company who had been appointed as Official Inspection Agency on behalf of The Government of erstwhile USSR for pre-shipment inspection of entire imports of Raw Jute & Jute goods from India. Average 20 to 25 Crore Jute bags were being inspected by us for Govt. of USSR.

Subsequently became the Official Inspection Agency on behalf of The Government of Poland, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Rumania, Cuba, East Germany etc. for pre-shipment inspection of entire imports of Raw Jute & Jute goods from India.

Being an oldest Private Testing Laboratory in Eastern India got the accreditation from National Accredited Board for Testing & Calibration Laboratories (NABL) under Ministry of Science & Technology as per ISO/IEC Guide 17025 during August 2001.

We are the only surveyors who are the permanent member of the Jute Sectional Committee(TXD 3) of the Bureau of Indian Standards (Formerly ISI) responsible for formulation of all the National Specification on Jute goods. We also take active part in formulation of BIS specification for HDPE/PP bags meant for packing different commodities.

Many Govt. / Non govt. & Private bodies are regularly utilize our services since 1964 due to govt. approval & accreditation.

Our Laboratory is also approved by Bureau of Indian Standerds (BIS) as per Revised Scheme 1995,in the year 2001
